Cake Flavors

  • Angel Food Cake - very light and fluffy, this cake pairs wonderfully with fresh fruit
  • Carrot Cake – rich and spicy, this cake is the perfect treat for fall and winter months
  • Devil's Food Cake - rich and flavorful, this cake is chocolatey without being too sweet
  • Red Velvet - sweetened and colored naturally using sugar beets, this cake is moist and delicious with a hint of cocoa
  • Chiffon - characterized by its light crumb texture, this cake melts in your mouth
  • Variations include: almond, lemon, orange, and vanilla bean
  • Genoise - the perfect balance of flavor and texture, this cake is ideal for weddings

  • Fresh Fruit - made with real fruit and usually paired with another cream or butter filling
  • Variations include: blackberry, blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, and some seasonal fruits like fig, mango, and peach
  • Ganache - rich, smooth, and loaded with chocolate
